The first round of funding for the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) programme has been made available by the US National Oceaninc and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)
The most recent round of funding will be spent on projects that focus on keeping oceans healthy and adapting to and reducing the effects of climate.
With a proposed award commencement date set for August 1, 2022, the NOAA Phase I SBIR awards offer up to $150,000 for feasibility and definitive evidence research, over a six-month time frame.
