Are you a sweet lover? For sure yes! Most of us loves to have sweet products. If you are one of them, this article will help you to find substitutes of sugar. There are some sweeteners which contains minimum calories but often people don’t prefer it because these are made up of artificial ingredients which can’t result the same. Here we are going to discuss stevia plant that has natural sweetness with organic ingredients. You will be amazed and excited to know that it is much more sweeter than your regular white sugar with no calories. Isn’t if great for sugar and diabetics patients? Globally, this market is penetrating on a large scale with million dollar earnings.

How sweetness can be extracted by stevia?

Actually the sweetness is present in it’s leaves. It’s leaves can generate a chemical substance that is sweetest in taste with no side effects or harsh reaction but our body doesn’t support it to convert it into gas. There are some experts who are working on it’s kinds and several varieties to make use of it for healthy outcomes and to get a profitable and effective substitute of white sugar. WehnerWehnerp, in his study conclude that this market is growing faster and people are getting more attracted towards it with each passing time.

    Ideal environment:

For the better and effective growth of this stevia plant, moderate temperate with no cold climate is ideal. Due to which it took a lot of extra effort to grow this plant in US as it doesn’t find growth in such cold weather. By considering this factor, now researchers are trying harder to make it enough compatible with cool weather. They are finding ways to get it’s growth in all areas of the world despite of region and rough weather. Whener with his experts analyzed and suggested different varieties of stevia plant that can tolerate cold weather of these countries where it’s growth is difficult. This research will be quite helpful for farmers, field experts and analysts who are keenly interesting in knowing it’s characteristics to find the most suitable solution.

    Experiment:

To find the most tolerable stevia plant, researchers took 14 different varieties of leaves and plants to evaluate it’s strength that how much it can bare cold temperature. They placed it from moderate to – temperature to check their resistance ability. As the result, they performed well in summer season or got areas that makes it easy for farmers to breed accordingly. The most prominent factor in this whole experiment was its temperature that was playing a crucial role in finding it’s resistance ability. The researchers found that some plants were less effective in breezing temperature while some were quite resistant, surely this experiment and it’s result will be more ideal for analysts and experts to make valid conclusions and to make correct decisions regarding it’s breeding and plantation in future.

Now the researchers are working on production of temperature resistant seeds for colder areas to help them grow effectively. Moreover, this research also helped them to identify it’s density of tolerance up to freezing temperature upon which they can make quality amendments to get increase in production of stevia plant. Furthermore, other major and required developments are also in progress to make it extremely effective for sweet lovers and people who can’t eat sugar due to it’s side effects can now enjoy stevia made products. This study and innovation will leads towards healthier sugar to consume which will not effect human health by any means.
